This improves the athlete’s proficiency/economy in each sport and helps decrease the chance of injury. She maintains open lines of communication, providing ongoing feedback and guidance to ensure each athlete stays on track to achieve their goals. She meticulously monitors a wide range of training data across all three disciplines, which allows her to identify performance deviations and make informed coaching decisions. Kathy emphasizes strength training as the cornerstone of triathlon success, recognizing its dual impact on injury prevention and performance enhancement. She helps athletes address muscular asymmetries and enhance resilience through a proactive, systematic approach while improving movement efficiency and fatigue resistance. After completing her first IRONMAN race, Kathy discovered her passion: guiding athletes toward their triathlon goals through proper training AND nutrition.
