About Me

I race Triathlon since 1983. Triathlon has been my passion from almost 40 years. After few years racing PRO from 1985 to 1990, i did continue to race in age group. Got two world title in age group on IM70.3 in 2014 ( 50-54) and in 2019 ( 55-59) as well as one world title on Olympic distance ITU 2019.During all those years, i acquired expertise on building strong training plans to prepare myself to perform for main objectives, learn how to prevent injuries, and how to manage nutrition plans.I am enjoying sharing my experience and expertise to novice, intermediate and advanced triathletes during the multiple training camps we do organize yearly and well as coaching individual athletes to reach their goals.
