Hello fitness friends, let me introduce myself those who are new to my coaching. For many consecutive years, my passion has been personal training individuals of all ages and types to reach and exceed their fitness goals and aspirations. How did I get started training for marathons triathlons, Ironman events? As former collegiate football student-athlete, probably still a little bulky, it started with just a 2-mile run with my future wife. Little did I know that running 2 miles was a lot easier said than done. After, I did a few short triathlons but focused mainly on running the beginning. I asked myself, what’s next? I began with a5k, then a 10k, then a half marathon, then said to, let’s a marathon! After finishing, told family that was the dumbest I ever did but proceeded to sign up for another race the following day. Was I? Maybe Did I start a passion the of my life? Yes. Did I have the skill and knowledge to be great at sport? Absolutely! Do I now want to help others achieve their goals? Absolutely, I am your guy and future coach! Through athletic experiences and 30 years in the business world, with coaching several, I know I can help you. My qualifications include Ironman Certified Coach, USA Triathlon Level I Certified Short Course Coach, specializing in coaching Clydesdale and Athena athletes' single endurance sport athletes, long course, short, and strength and conditioning. I offer a weekly customized triathlon program (or any specialized focus, such as running) through TrainingPeaks. TrainingPeaks is a web-based that you also access via an app on your phone. I will create a personalized program to help you prepare a race (or any goal you wish achieve) as well as your future goals. I am currently a Level 1 USAT certified short course coach and a certified Ironman coach, and I would be delighted to help you reach your goals. I offer individualized triathlon training programs and the following services per month (hours depend on the goal/race type per week): • Introductory Zoom Call to discuss the program and create a training plan overview • Training Peaks Account • Annual Training Plan • Goal Setting • Fitness Assess Consistent Monitoring & Feedback • Form Assess as Needed • Adjustments to Plan as Needed • Strength Training • Nutrition Guidance for Training and Race Day • General Nutrition Guidance • Detailed Race Day Plans • Detailed Post Race Analysis • Unlimited and Text Support • Additional Phone Calls as Needed
